Screening at Toronto Jewish Film Festival a Success!
On Monday, May 5 Misa's Fugue played at the Royal OEM Theatre in Toronto as part of the 22nd Toronto Jewish Film Festival. A solid crowd at the screening included 5 buses of students from local high schools and many fans of independent film in the greater Toronto area. Following the screening, Misa's Fugue Director Sean Gaston and FAHS graduate, Colton Greiss (a film student at DeSales University), led a Q & A with the audience. The film received a positive reception and photos from the event are below. Today, May 6, the film is part of a special symposium for area high school students at the Sarah & Chaim Neuberger Holocaust Education Center which adjoins the campus hosting the film festival.
